The location was perfect for us. The carpark was useful and secure. The staff were so obliging. They made sure the car was under the CCTV. They helped us log onto the WiFi. They immediately replaced the kettle when we showed them it was broken. The heater was lovely.

Facilities are good - don't be intimidated by the reception hall. The rooms are comfortable, with fridge, television, kettle, little balcony. Yes, it does need renovation but for this price, it's a great deal and a lovely place to stay. Location is also great and staff is very nice.
