Excellent service; special thanks to the young lady at the reception. Excellent breakfast, and lovely hotel cat entertaining guests in the lobby. Pool is a nice to have also. Lots of parking space. Amazing views from the room. Windows can be covered from light and sun with a mechanic curtain system. Basic hygiene is good.

It was close to a small, charming town with some nice restaurants where we had a good meal. Also, it was near Lake Garda—about a 15-minute drive—which was the main reason we booked this hotel during our road trip. We were a bit hesitant because of the reviews, but the price was appealing. Despite the reviews, we got a decent room. The mattress was a bit uncomfortable, but the bathroom seemed recently renovated and was clean, which is what matters most to us. Breakfast was included, but we had missed that detail. However, the lady at the reception was kind and made us coffee and gave us croissants to take with us after breakfast time. A good place to stay overnight for a good price, with friendly staff.
