The reception is located at Maxstraße 3, approximately 50 metres from the main building at Ostra-Allee 27.Please note that reception is open daily from 09:00 until 12:00 and then from 12:30 until 17:00.Guests arriving outside reception opening hours can check in using the guest house's check-in machine. To receive the password, please contact the guest house prior to arrival using the contact details found on the booking confirmation.Please note that city tax is variable and is not included in the rate. Please contact the property directly for more details.Please note the rooms and apartments are cleaned every three days (including a change of towels). Bed linen is changed every 6 days.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. Very nice lady at reception, we arrived earlier and it was possible to check in earlier! Clean and spacious room, quiet even with the street view. Parking space in the yard, so your car is safe. Apartments are 7 minutes away from Zwinger. Rewe is in 5 minutes. Hauptbahnhof Mitte also in 5 minutes.
