The house was extremely clean and comfortable. Beds and pillows were very comfy and we slept well. Good bathroom and kitchen, lots of space in the sitting room and dining area, easy parking. Easy walk into town and good recommendations for eating. Local shop very close for essentials. The neighbourhood was very peaceful. It was nice to sit out on the back patio with a lovely view of the sunset. This was a great base for visiting family in the area and we would book again. Communication with the host, Joanne, and access to the house was all very straightforward.

Friendly communicative host, super clean, nice little touches like biscuits and crisps and individual shampoos, just generally really well thought out. Lovely sitting out in the garden and watching the sun set

A beautiful home. Extremely clean and comfortable. Great space out the back also to enjoy. Everything you need is there. We stayed as a family ahead of a visit to Portaferry for my daughter's birthday as we travelled quite a distance and so happy we did. The lady who owns the property has been so good with communication and helping us with any questions and when we arrived she had even decorated and left lots of treats for my daughter's birthday. We couldn't believe how kind a gesture that was. We slept like a dream in the comfortable beds and lovely soft bedding and towels a plenty. Very quiet area with large green area with walkway out the back that takes you straight into town. The kids loved this. Lovely patio area with doors that bring the outside in. Plenty of condiments in the kitchen and a lovely bathroom with all toiletries provided. Definitely could not fault it in any shape or form. A super find. As you can see from the photos we made the most of getting outside in the sunshine that was 😊☀️
