The fine print
If pre-booked, breakfast will be GBP 16 per person, per night.The Gym, Sauna, Steam Room & Spa bath are free to hotel guests (children under the age of 16 are not permitted). There is also a Spa offering a variety of treatments that need to be booked in advance.The credit card used to make the booking will be processed at check-in and an additional authorisation will be taken.Please note that the room images shown are designed to give guests an idea of the room type booked. Each room is unique and may vary from the actual picture shown. Please contact the hotel if you would like further information.Please note that Family Rooms consist of a double bed and sofa bed or two single beds plus sofa bed, please contact the hotel if you would like further information.The gym is open to both internal and external customers but a time slot needs to be booked.Pet Policies / Terms and Conditions :• Pets (Cats and dogs) are permitted in Standard Rooms only (Higher category rooms do not accommodate pets)
• A £ 40 per pet per day per room applies.
• A £100 pre-authorisation is required on arrival to cover any potential damages.
• No additional cleaning charges will be applied.
• A maximum of 2 pets per room is allowed.
• No size restrictions – dogs of all sizes are welcome.
• Pets must not be left unattended in the rooms.
• Cats are only accepted if kept in a secure cage.

A crowd of residents balancing very hot water in cups and balancing on saucers is not conducive for a relaxed breakfast . A pot of of tea or coffee on request is more sensible. Buffet is excellent.
