Breakfast offered a wide choice and was beautifully cooked and presented. My room was comfortable, clean and serviced every day. The proprietor was kind, friendly and helpful. All the staff were lovely and keen to offer assistance. I loved the bird theme in the hall. I had a very happy stay.

Kevin called me as soon as he received the booking and thanked me for the n gave me some info pertaining to the property as I was arriving very late, I have to say he was amiable on the phone and having spoken with him in person and witnessed several interactions with guests and neighbours he is a facilitator and nothing is too much trouble

If you are fun of the strong freshly prepared coffe and fresh orange jus - the breakfast is not your cup of tea. The rest is perfect, hotel has soul and sharm; the accents are small, but perfect in details, tones and colors matching {ex. bedding and wall-paper}. My rate is - very very good, especially for £50/night (incl. fair breakfast, eben with eggs benedict). With huge respect, the first customer in 2026... My double room was not huge, but the size was fair. I believe - the location is the best; it's exactly in the middle of Promenade.
