Stag or Hen parties cannot be accommodated.Early arrivals or late check-outs can be arranged with the property directly. This is subject to availability and charges are applicable.Secure bicycle storage available subject to availability please contact property to reserve.The property has a small passenger lift which can accommodate a maximum of 2 people. It is not suitable for wheelchair users. The lift is turned off between the hours of 23:00 and 07:30 to minimise noise to guest rooms near to the lift.The offsite parking is free and is located on the promenade.Breakfast is served from 07:30 until 09:30, Monday to Friday and from 08:00 until 10:00 Saturday and Sunday. Packed breakfasts are available but must be booked in advance.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

“Great on a budget :)”

Small lift for one person at a time. Clearly instructed how to use it. Friendly staff. Really big windows, lots of sunlight. Little amenities were a great pick me up in the morning e.g coffee, biscuits, milk Staff told us there was a curfew for the doors being locked but it still worked after the stated time so was easy to stay out a little later and let ourselves in. Lots of pillows. Lots of drawers for storing your things. Little bathroom that has everything you need. Wifi worked well the whole trip. 30 second walk to the beach!

Good location, loved the sea view from our room. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good - nice variety. Key fob access to the guesthouse made things easy. Lovely to have tea, coffee and biscuits in the room and it was a nice touch that you could order a take away and eat it in the lounge.

Very comfortable beds. Slightly dated but well set out rooms. Friendly staff : a mix-up about the rooms was resolved with much good humour and common sense.
