Excellent location for us, 20 min walk from the ferry and a quite pleasant walk it is really. 20 min walk to the electric train station. we could have course get the tram to the station but there are quite a few pubs on the way. Breakfast was very good, set's you up for the day.

Excellent location, right in the centre of Douglas promenade. Steve and Maria were so welcoming on arrival, rooms were absolutely spotless. Beds were really comfy and an excellent breakfast in the morning to start off your day. What's not to love! We will definitely be back.
