The bedroom was extremely spacious. Parking was free. Breakfast was included with full English breakfast and a good variety of food and drink.

Lovely Italian lady in restaurant honestly couldn’t of been more helpful and friendly, also the cleaning staff for the Rooms was great

Everything about the hotel was quality it was a great location and easy to get to as I had a hire car. The staff were friendly and couldn’t do enough for you I would definitely use the hotel when we come to the Isle of Man again

First of all staff were really friendly. Food was nice for breakfast and an evening meal. We didn’t get maid service during our stay, which was a bit disappointing as I had to make the bed when I’d finished work. Also the pool area, although looked lovely and I did go down for a swim, there is no proper ventilation in the pool hall and it was extremely humid and smelt a bit - this let the spa area down and was surprising for a 4 star - they need to invest here.
