The Personal was extremely, polite and ready to help. The breakfast was very good, as well as The ATM located on site. The hotel is located at the very heart of Douala.

Amazing customer service and the best I have ever seen in any hotel in the world. I travel a lot and this hotel should reward their staff for outstanding customer service especially Vivian the front desk manager. The hotel has a good European standard and the location is very good. The food was amazing and we paid for breakfast but they went the extra mile to offer us lunch to replace breakfast as we couldn't get up early in the morning to have breakfast. Thanks for your hospitality and we will coming back soon

Perfect situated in center of Douala, we really liked the huge swimming pool, and gym. The Junior suite whas big and clean, and the breakfast whas good, there whas European food and African food so enough choice for everyone!
