Professional and friendly staff. Free car park (over and underground) and excellent location- near motorway! Comfortable bed, very quiet room- we will definitely come back (we’ve been already 4 times there- on our way home).

The hotel is located directly on the B1 main road in Dortmund, which is perfect whether you arrive by car or by U-Bahn, as the connection is very convenient. Free parking is available, which made arrival and departure very easy. The rooms are comfortable and modern, and the shower is very good, exactly what you need after a long day. All the staff are very friendly and welcoming. I would especially like to mention the receptionist who checked us in and out (originally from Kenya, as he told us in our short conversation): he was extremely attentive, empathetic, pleasant and made us feel genuinely welcome. Overall, a very pleasant stay and I would happily come back and recommend this hotel to others.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Although we only stayed for one night, we had everything we needed. The location and a parking spot were very important to us and both were great! Additionally, the accommodation is easily accessible by public transport, which makes it even more convenient.
