Standard Deluxe room is nice I was originally in a standard room but complained about quality and also due to issues with a guest and I was immediately moved to a new room staff were excellent after issues with guest dog barking at 1am, woke up several guests, night porter contacted the guest and seemed he was asleep in his room and was then angry about being woken up and was aggressive to me and night porter.. I was then able to move room

In the deluxe room, The beds are comfy and pillows were great. Bathroom was well sized. Also surprised us we had a balcony. Staff are friendly.
