Everything was excellent from start to finish. Great location right by Phoenix-See — perfect for a walk and easy to get around Dortmund. The room was modern, very clean, and comfortable, with a really good bed. Breakfast was genuinely great: plenty of choice and everything fresh. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout. Overall, an ideal hotel for a Dortmund trip — I’m giving the highest score and would happily stay again.

Excellent breakfast buffet, confortable and bright breakfast room. The public areas of the hotel displayed a beautiful and warm Christmas decoration. The team put a lot of love and work to that.
