We were mainly self sufficient for breakfast but the location was exceptional i woke up early every morning to a wonder array of birds flying aboutswallows house martins finches wading bbirds in the distance a spectacular dawn chorus and our resident pheasant letting us know it was time to get up

We loved our stay at Dornoch, the facilities were amazing so spacious and very clean. The views of the beech were amazing. Would highly recommend, we will be back I'm the future.

We all thought the house was lovely. The owners had left a welcome box of goodies which was thoughtful. It was a great place, lovely views, nice and quiet. Very spacious. It had everything you needed. The pool table was an excellent feature to have. I would recommend this to anyone. You are not in the heart of Dornoch but it's only a 30/45 min walk away. Plenty to offer. We travelled alot within the week. Excellent area to stay as a base. We all had a fab week.

Spacious, bright, modern and very well equipped accommodation for our stay. Beds are very comfortable, bedrooms are spacious. We love the view of Dornoch beach from the living room. The kitchen has all you need if you choose to do self catering. Tesla charging point on site is a bonus for us.
