The fine print
Please note that the garage parking fee is only applicable from mid-December to the end of February. It is free during the rest of the year.Guests travelling by car and using a GPS are advised to programme the trip via Interlaken. The shorter route via Sigriswil includes a road which is closed in winter and is also not recommended in summer.When booking a unit with breakfast included, please note that the use of the kitchenette in the apartments is not included in the rate. It can be arranged at an extra charge of CHF 40 per stay.When booking 3 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply. After you book, the property will contact you with more details.Please note that the spa tax is paid directly on departure. This is not charged to your credit card in advance.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Amazing place and a large hotel with all the facilities. Self-service laundry and dryer are also available. We stayed in an apartment with a magnificent view of Lake Thun—the view was absolutely marvelous. The hotel offered very reasonable prices compared to other hotels in Interlaken, and the apartment was spacious and comfortable. The only concern is that if you're relying on public transport, this may not be the most convenient location, as there are no supermarkets or restaurants nearby, and only one bus operates on the road with a frequency of once per hour. It also takes about 20 minutes to drive to Interlaken. However, if you're traveling by car, this is an amazing choice and will make your stay truly wonderful.

All was good. No compliants Only the Bathroom, especially the bath tub access and spacing definitely needs improvement. Also tje option to have One big Blanket should be there .

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. She shared detailed information about the surroundings and the hotel. The teddy bears she gave to the children were a very well thought out detail. There were very nice facilities for families with children, such as a pool, a playground.It has free parking are and very good breakfast. The restaurant was good for dinner. The hotel was clean and convenient.

The view from balcony was unbelievable, Our room was clean and good size too. Hotel is really dogs friendly, we can took our pet almost everywhere,either restaurant. Stuff always happy to help very kind and friendly.
