Great location out in the countryside but still close to Dorchester and the coast. A beautiful cottage and our room was delightful. The host Judy is a wonderful lady who provided an amazing breakfast, catering for my 'no meat' request and partners with meat. The homemade granola was superb with three different types of fresh yoghurt too. There was a choice of excellent places to eat within a few minutes by car too. We will book again when we are down this way.

Lovely peaceful location and dog friendly. The breakfast was excellent and served by the host in the farmhouse The room was spotless and had everything you needed, would definitely recommend this accommodation

We liked the old forge because it was in a nice quiet area .The host was very friendly and we had everything we need .We enjoyed a lovely breakfast on both days .

Judy was a fabulous host and we loved our stay, so peaceful and quiet. Good base to explore Dorset from with lots of towns not to far away.
