Had one night stop on a long way. An enjoyable evening with delicious food in the hotel’s restaurant. Good bed and calm room. Kind and caring service throughout the stay. The building was awesome and location in the old town of Donzy was a nice surprice plus bonus. Will certainly come back one day. (Donzy is also not too far from the Sancerre region.)

The hotel was easy to locate with car parking right outside. The owner carried our bags to our room which was large and very comfortable. We had two evening meals both of which were fantastic. Fine dinning at realistic pricing.

Lovely historic building and surroundings set in a quiet portion of the old town; our host was very helpful and welcoming; and dinner was excellent. Easy driving distance to Ouistreham for my ferry.

The hotel has lots of old world charm and the bedroom had lots of character. The breakfast was excellent. The staff were super friendly. We had our evening meal in the restaurant and it was great.
