The establishment offers a comfortable ambiance. The wine and oil are of excellent quality, and the staff is very friendly and listening. The place is clean. It is conveniently located not far from a charming small town with pleasant residents and dining options. There are good markets nearby, and the area is very quiet with minimal traffic. This is a suitable location for visiting Florence, especially if you have a car. Ample parking is available, even for larger vehicles. Pool was clean

Provided with a bottle of Wine which was from the property as a welcome gift. It was so delicious. The bed was the most comfortable we had stayed in. The room was so homely and well equipped with a generously sized kitchen. The glasses and plates etc were extremely well cleaned. If the weather was warmer we would have loved to have used the pool however at the time of our trip it was too cold. Vanessa greeted us on arrival and was very helpful with showing us around the property and answering any of her questions. She went out of her way to provide local recommendations and assistance with the location of town and where would be best to eat. When I had told Vanessa we were travelling via the train and planing to get a taxi from the train station she was very helpful with providing us information on bus timings and exactly which one we should catch as there were no local taxis. We walked to town (Donini) and it was very small but sweet. The locals are very friendly and the town has a great atmosphere. Gustos was great for a wine and an aperol and Pizzeria Del Cacciatore had the best Ragu I’ve ever tasted. This was our favourite stay of the trip because of how homely the room felt. I would definitely stay here again and 100% recommend it to my family and friends.

Amazing, beautiful location between vineyards and olive groves = 100% Tuscany. Nice view from pool area - pool itself was pretty big and comfortable. Our studio was well equipped, service was welcoming, responsive and helpful.

The place is stunning and so lovely. Definitely need a car. We did not and found it very difficult to get around. We spoke a lot to the manager to try and get help getting around the town. We had to hitch hike there but got a ride with we believe the owner back to the train station.
