danae “An exceptional chalet”

This is our second stay in House Cilli. This time in the winter. The house is as nice as we remembered- see my previous rating. The owner added some blackout blinds in the double bedroom which was appreciated. It was warm and practical for the ski season. The ski slopes were really good. We could use a couple of sleigh that were at our disposal. We look forward to coming again next year.

We stayed five nights as a family of four. The house felt bigger than from the pictures. The two bedrooms are upstairs while the bathroom, living room and dining/kitchen are downstairs. We took the mattress from the living room bed to put it upstairs so we could all sleep together. The location is amazing - by the river and mountains. It is quiet and private but also 10 min walks from the lake you can bath (for free) and from the lift. Lots of hikes and cycling paths around. The hosts had left everything we could need on the house: washing products for kitchen and bathroom, coffee and teas, some extra food. It was really a functional and practical house. Check in and check out were very smooth as well. We loved it so much that we booked it again to experience it in the winter covered in snow!

Great accomodation in a calm location with nice garden and with all we needed, fine communication with owner. We hope to come back in future.
