Beds exactly as shown on pictures and very comfortable. Air conditioning worked, large bathroom and overall nice to have the free upgrade with Genius booking. Can't comment on breakfast because we were too sick to have any.

On site restaurant, it's not in town which makes it quieter. Nice view of mountain.

Husband and wife team did an excellent job making me feel welcome Food was fantastic, rooms were excellent, arranged private car from airport, arranged kayaking Phong Nha caves. Beer was cold , garden restaurant was amazing (wife’s cooking fantastic) husband offered his motor bike to go to the pharmacy. Keep up excellent work.

It is a good location and everything around the house looks really great. However, the apartment is full of mold: on the walls, in the bathroom, on one of the pillow cases. The bed was really comfortable though. The water wasn’t working two times I wanted to shower. The first time I messaged the owner and he fixed it. The second time was at night so I didn’t want to wake him up for this. The owner is very nice and responds very fast. He helped with renting a motorbike and offered to help with our next bus. Overall, a good stay but not if you are easily grossed out by mold/no water sometimes.
