Simple cheap hotel very close to the train station. Don't expect any luxuries. Room was reasonably clean, bed a bit hard, shower oke. No breakfast available. Lady was friendly but does not speak any English. Cash only. Building is all concrete, stones and tiles, which makes it very noisy when other guests arrive or go. Rooster in the garden woke us up early in the morning. When we had to leave early in the morning for the morning train to the north, the owner/lady was still sleeping and they had lockee all exit. We had to wake them up so we would not miss the train. All in all good for 1 night if you can live with a simple room-bathroom combination.

The owner was able to do our laundry for 60k and have it ready before our 5AM train. We borrowed a Yamaha Sirius motorcycle for 150k with no issues. 10 minutes to Dong Hoi center. It's 3 minutes to the train station by foot. We're able to store our bags in the room at 7AM, well before check-in. Fairly recently built/renovated.

Very close to the train station which was perfect as we had an early morning train. The staff woke up for us so we could check out which was kind of them at 3am. The property has all your basic needs, good shower, comfy bed and lots of places to eat around the area.

Checkin was super easy. The host was relaxed and friendly. It is extremely close to the railway station and surrounded in local stores and eateries. The room was extremely clean and the bed comfortable.

Good and clean rooms just like in the picture and the host is very warm and helpful. It is right besides the train station so location is also great
