What surprised me was that despite the low rental price, the house was spacious and charming. The bed was big, and the rooftop terrace had a truly dreamy view overlooking the river and lots of greenery. There were also many cute cafés next to the hotel. The host was very nice, and the whole place felt so cozy — just like being at home

My original bus was cancelled at the last minute, and I was moved to an earlier night bus that arrived much sooner than expected (around 3:00 AM). Despite the early hour, Hoai was incredibly kind: she opened the door for me, let me drop off my things, and even rest a bit on the sofa. The breakfast is delicious and very reasonably priced: I had pancakes with fresh fruit and a hot ginger tea (only 60k) — the perfect start to the day! There’s also a takeaway option for 35k, which is super convenient before heading out on an excursion. The location is great, close to everything you might need, and the room is comfortable and cozy. Hoai and her team also provide great recommendations for anything — food, transport, activities — making your stay even smoother. Thank you again to Hoai for the warm hospitality. I truly recommend this place! 🙏

The nicest host we've had in Vietnam. Met with a smile and greeted by name. Showed us the room (clean, with bathroom, shower, AC and small fridge) and gave us a map of Dong Hoi and a list of recommended bars, restaurants and activities.. Haoi spoke perfect English and couldn't have been more helpful. Greeted with a smile every time we entered and left the building. Owner and her husband are honestly the nicest people.. Thank you so much for all your help 🙂❤️

Hosts were brilliant book all my tip for me evern took me to the bus station. They have a shop on the premises which was good prices not over the top. . The room was very clean bathroom was excellent very good shampoo and shower gel .ac was working perfectly. Definitely stop again.
