Great position for us to visit York, family in Leeds and family in Sheffield. Comfortable , easy access and a pub for food right next door.

Breakfast was ok, omelette slightly overcooked, room very good,a second chair would have been better. Nice and quiet room. Staff very good with excellent service.

Basic room which reflected the value price. Nevertheless mattress very good, and mixer tap for shower and bath excellent. Very peaceful despite retail park location and proximity to motorway. Didn't try the pub food but seems very popular with locals.
