Valerie really went out of her way to make us welcome, making amazing vegetarian breakfasts for us. There is secure bike storage, an amazing setting and pool. We loved our spotlessly clean double room. There are great amenities with a guest area with kitchen and tv lounge. The location is great, 20 minutes cycle ride from La Rochelle along the pretty canal but far enough away to be tranquil and calm.

Lovely characterful property a short distance from La Rochelle. Very friendly and welcoming hosts- and we loved Spritz the playful kitten! The room was comfortable and clean, and being able to use the separate living space for meals and relaxation was a great bonus. Breakfast was superb - freshly prepared with many home grown or prepared ingredients, and different every day. The outside pool is beautiful. Highly recommended.

Excellent Breakfast! Great choice and variety on a daily basis and service with a smile . Valerie was very welcoming, friendly and a very helpful hostess. La Rochelle has a lot to offer: Port, museums etc. and many walks around the old city.

Excellent hosts, very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast each morning was slightly different with so much effort and attention to the guests requests. The pool was open throughout the day and we were left alone to enjoy the relaxing atmosphere. It was a lovely gesture that the children could take the baguettes and breads left over from breakfast as snacks.
