We stayed at Casa Glicine for 4 nights with family, and the location couldn’t have been more perfect. It’s just a few steps from the lake — literally across the street — and waking up to that view was one of the highlights of our stay. The apartment has a beautiful balcony overlooking the lake, perfect for dinners or just relaxing in the evenings. The check-in process was smooth and easy. The host met us personally, explained everything clearly, and was extremely kind and helpful throughout our stay. He even left us some thoughtful welcome gifts like wine, bread, snacks, and water, which really made us feel at home. There’s also private parking and fast Wi-Fi, which was a huge plus. The apartment itself is spacious, clean, and very cozy — with small details that made it feel like home. It had three bathrooms, a large and well-equipped kitchen, a washing machine, and that amazing balcony I mentioned. Everything worked perfectly. It’s definitely a place that could comfortably host a larger group. The area is also fantastic. There are plenty of restaurants, bars, and public transport options nearby. The nearest grocery store is just a few steps to the right when you walk out the front door, and the lakefront walk is beautiful — with picnic spots and quiet grassy areas just to the left. All in all, we had a great stay and I’d wholeheartedly recommend Casa Glicine to families or larger groups looking for a relaxing and scenic spot by Lake Como. If you’re thinking of staying longer, this place would be ideal.

The stay was amazing! We had a really late flight so hosts made sure, that we will be able to have a self check in :) The view from a big terrace is magnificent. Moreover, there are three bathrooms (it was a great thing for 5 women travelling :) ) Also, hosts greeted us with a bottle of prosecco and biscuits. We felt very welcome :) Best regards to the hosts for brilliant stay!

Great location, spacious apartment, all the utensils available and very comfortable. On top of all that, you have the best view over Como Lake from the huge terrace. Waking up with coffee and breakfast has never been this sensational from your private terrace.
