Friendly helpful people. Lovely location. Close to Venice ferry, but worth a visit for itself. Also handy for Padova. The food.

Very good restaurant for dinner, great food. (have to book in advance) Good breakfast hotel is beside the river so beatiful Staff are very friendly.

First of all, I have to admit that we were surprised by the quality of the service, which is at the highest level Recommended for individuals and couples, but also for families who love the atmosphere of Venetian villas Wonderful breakfast, home made Early check in Many restaurants nearby

We had the same room as last year and we enjoyed it again. Peaceful with a nice view to the canal. The furniture has style and breathes hospitality. The restaurant was sophisticated.
