There was a problem with the system and even though there was no room, they did everything to accommodate us. In the end they managed to give us super deluxe room and took care of us the best way possible. They granted us free breakfast immediately and then open the kitchen specially for us and cooked us delicious dinner. The room is very spacious, huge bed, taking care of all the small details. There is an amazing garden and we were so lucky to have a balcony watching all that beauty. They gave us the warmest hospitality and we felt part of the family. Definitely the best experience for us all over Slovakia.
