This place is a real gem, Bung and her husband are the most lovely people you will ever meet, the whole place is pure magic, so quiet and peacefull, we will definately stay again when next in Chiang Mai, Thank you both so much, Gerry & Astuti

The owners were so lovely- very accommodating and kind. The Koi fish and garden were so beautiful and relaxing. Breakfast was great.

Bung and her partner have impeccable manners. Very kind and caring. We even got reminded to take care of ourselves, when the mosquito's were about to come out.
