Our one month stay at the W hotel was just exceptional.The room was spacious, spotless and had a stunning city view of the city ,and this room was because of the thoughtful gesture of the team as a upgrade.Thr bed was super comfortable,and the room had everything we needed to feel right at home.The city centre mall being just a short walk away was the Cherry on top for our weekends. The hotels offers so much,froma great gym and luxurious spa to a lively bar.The spa experience, especially the Moroccan bath,was a Total treat and the gym helped me to stay on track.A big thank you to the front desk team for the kind gestures and thoughtful coupons for the spa,cafe and bar which made our weekends feel extra special.Special thanks to Tarek, Gumza, Herrmann,Sabrina,Leslie,Sulat and Imene,your warm greetings and hospitality always made us feel valued and truly cared for .We would also like to thank the security team who ensures that our food deliveries would always reach out room which made us give the leisure of staying back in room and relax. We would also liek to thank Daniel at the bar,who was always kind and friendly, offering genuine hospitality that went beyond expectations.The breakfast team deserves huge shoutout too.The buffet had a wide variety of delicious options, including indian dishes which made us feel seen and appreciated.The lovely and bubbly breakfast manager(whose name we sadly missed!) and the ever attentive Danish made mornings cheerful with their personal touches and warm smiles.Special love to Chunnu,Thant and Nishan for their Friendly service and thoughtful gestures. To the housekeeping team, thank you for keeping everything fresh and perfect throughout.Zayar ,who often cleaned out room,was so efficient and mindful,he remembered our preferences like extra water and coffee capsules,always replenished everything and did his job so quietly and politely.

Our one month stay at W hotel was a truly wonderful experience.From the very beginning, everything felt smooth, comfortable and filled with warmth.The room was spacious,fresh,filled with natural light, sparkling cleaand beautifully maintained,with a stunning city view that we enjoyed each day.The bed was extremely comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day and the room was well stocked.We also loved the hotel's close proximity to the City centre mall,which made the weekend outings fun and convenient. The front desk team was amazing, Friendly ,always welcoming and always helpful.A big thank you to them for the generous complementary spa and bar coupons which really added something special to our stay.The Moroccan bath at the spa was relaxing and luxurious. I also spend some time at the gym,which is clean and well equipped,perfect for keeping up with my workouts.Just outside the gym is the bar which quickly became one of my favourite spot to wind down.A special thank you to Daniel who work at the bar,he was always so warm and welcoming whenever we met. The spa at the W hotel is luxurious and calming.I truly enjoyed the Moroccan bath,a peaceful and rejuvenating experience. Every member of the staff,from security,front desk, housekeeping, breakfast,spa,to the bar ,were polite , professional and incredibly friendly.A heartfelt thank you to Zayar from housekeeping,who cleaned out rooms so neatly and quietly every day.He understood our needs so well ,always refilling coffee capsules,plenty of water bottles and keeping the bathroom amenities stocked without us ever needing to ask.He was consistent,fast and very respectful. Also appreciate the personal check ins by Mu , housekeeping manager and Unni,the house keeping lead ,who came by to make sure everything was perfect and that we had everything we needed. Since I had to leave early for work,I was given the option of early breakfast delivery via WhatsApp.

This was our fourth time at W hotel and once again,we had the most wonderful experience.our room which was the W suite (which we got as a upgrade from the W hotel) was spacious,clean,with a lovely view and just a short walk to city centre mall.And to mention about the team of W hotel,the entire team -from security to reception, housekeeping, breakfast and management- made us feel so welcome and cared for throught out our one -month stay. A big thank you to the ever smiling security team who makes sure that the food that we order through the talabat reaches to our room instead of us having to go down to collect the room each time ,and hence they take the effort to bring the food or groceries to our room allowing us to relax in the room.A special thank you to the lovely front desk staff like Tarek ,Herrmann,Leslie,Gumza who make every check -in, extension team smooth and cheerful who even added extra joy to our weekends by sharing coupons for the spa,cafe and the bar which we truly enjoyed.And even the conceriege team ,Yogesh (to name one as we unfortunately did not catch the name of the rest) who helped my wife in getting the luggage to the room by allowing her to go and get settled in the room. And a special mention to the professional housekeeping team who ensures the room is kept neat each day.Every single person here added so much joy to our stay All of this reflects the strength of the wonderful management team.We felt cared for , respected and truly at home.Cant wait to come back again
