The property is not only stunning from the outside, but its interior is even more impressive—spacious, clean, and beautifully comfortable rooms. The professionalism of the staff was outstanding, especially Reneto, who was always ready to help. He consistently went above and beyond to ensure guests were comfortable and satisfied, even outside the restaurant. For instance, he quickly served us water at the reception while we were waiting. It’s clear that he is truly passionate about his work.

We had a wonderful family holiday at Velero. The hotel itself is beautiful, in a great location, with delicious food, spacious rooms, and a spotless environment. Renato truly stood out!!! he was absolutely exceptional! It’s rare to meet someone so cheerful, polite, helpful, and genuinely passionate about their work. He went above and beyond for us, and we are so grateful for his kindness and selflessness. On the other hand, the reception staff could do better!. A simple smile goes a long way! cheerfulness is essential in customer service, and it really makes a difference in a guest’s experience in my opinion.

Ample breakfast options. Good sized swimming pool. Architecture of the hotel is amazing. Shopping center just by the hotel, where one can buy groceries and/or snacks or other necessities needed.
