Please note that an airport transfer can be arranged for an additional charge. When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge of 75 USD for one pet applies. When travelling with more than one pet, an additional fee of 150 USD applies. Please note that restaurants will be operating at limited capacity with a maximum of 75% of guests for indoor and 100% outdoor spaces. As for Heavenly Spa by Westin, the capacity will be 75% for all treatments and pools, group classes will be allowed for 10 persons outdoor and 5 persons indoor, all the guests and the staff of the spa must be fully vaccinated.INFORMATION
Westin Club Lounge operating daily from 12:00 to 23:00. Cocktails and snacks from 17:00 to 20:30. Coffee, tea, soft beverages and cookies served all day. Located on the 1st Floor, has open terrace.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. My stay at The Westin was exceptional, with the standout being the level of service. The staff were consistently warm, attentive, and professional, which made a real difference to the overall experience. A special mention to Anjana from the breakfast restaurant—she went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. Even when she wasn’t stationed at the front, she made the effort to come over to our table, greet us, and check in. That kind of genuine hospitality is rare and memorable. The rooms were another highlight—spacious, well-designed, and offering ample storage, which made settling in effortless. The breakfast buffet was also impressive, with a wide variety of options that catered to different tastes and kept things interesting each morning. Overall, a stay defined by excellent service, comfort, and attention to detail.

I loved my stay. It was very relaxing and I felt so rejuvenated afterwards. The staff were amazing and the hotel provided a small cake for me and my husband for valentines.
