I found the room comfortably and tastefully furnished, exceeding my expectations. The staff were remarkably friendly and helpful. The room offered a delightful view, though I wished the glass from outside were as pristine as the view itself. I was also somewhat disappointed by the beach; its muddy consistency was unpleasant.

It is an incredibly luxurious and comfortable hotel.. the food is incredibly delicious and varied.. the cleaning issue is unique.. everyone who worked was very good. especially Ms. Gözde at the reception embarrassed us.. in the same way, Ms. Asena, who worked in the beach cafe, was very friendly and interested.. Breakfast was ok. Nice touch having a menu to choose from, but sometimes orders took a while to come out. The manager was very attentive though and willing to do anything to make us comfortable. Hareesh and Basit did a good job too.

° The staff are amazing. ° Very clean residence. ° Ample food selection (though very expensive as expected in St Regis.) ° Cigar Bar was a stand out. ° Pool and beach are luxurious. ° Close to Metro Station.

I loved the pool and the beach the staff at the beach were all lovely and professional. Special shout out to Abdulatif who gave us a farewell cake when I had informed him we were travelling the next day. Our room was exceptional and the housekeeping staff did an amazing job, it was very clean, and the butler service was also a nice touch and helpful and prompt with any requests made. The bed was also very comfortable. The sea view was lovely also and you get a good view of the pool and beach.
