This hotel is amazing, well located just on the outskirts of the city, yet close enough by taxi. Very clean accommodation and common areas, two pools + a beach within 2 minutes reach...just perfect. A special thank you to team, it's rare to come across such authentic and friendly people in such a big structure. Special thanks to Alan and Kahdem who made our stay even more comfortable.

The reception staff were very welcoming and helpful, and the manager, Narine, was attentive and professional. However, overall, the experience did not feel like a true 5-star stay. I wouldn’t return unless significant improvements are made.

The hotel was excellent. Super rooms! The staff were fantastic. I've never stayed in a place where the staff (special mention for Sara and her colleague at the front desk in the buffet restaurant.!!) were so helpful. Nothing was a problem form them. Hotel rooms were made up everyday. Buffet food was super and so tasty. It changed every day so yo didn't get bored.

The hotel staff can not do enough for you. from the point of checking in, Iman was amazing, breakfast team, honestly the staff are all amazing here.

I have been in this hotel 2nd time therefore I knew what to expect. Hotel very helpful, supportive. Open to feedback, truly interested in guests opinion. Good breakfast, clean room. Super pool, access to the beach.
