It is a beautiful hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The concierge, Muhammed, was also very helpful and organised a great city tour trip for me. The restaurant was excellent too, with wonderful service and food. The buffet breakfast was so varied, and I would recommend the Thursday evening buffet, too. I swam in the rooftop pool, and while it was too hot to sit in the Skygarden area, it looked great. It was so close to major attractions, too,although it could be very hot in the middle of the day. The decor was especially nice. I would heartily recommend this hotel, as it was good value for money too.

The staff was extremely professional and kind. The hotel is stylishly decorated, smells great and is very clean. I have stayed in many hotels, but this hotel room was one of the nicest rooms I have stayed in. The bathroom was quite big. The location is perfect, close to souk and plenty og restaurants and shops nearby.

Was ok,the front desk guy i think Yosime or jasmine was fantastic from checking in till our departure. Promised to stay again in sept. Sadam or so was exceptional too in the room service
