The loveliest and most incredible hotel I've stayed in. We got in very early in the morning, and the staff helped us to rest while we waited for our rooms and plan our adventures around the city. Souq Waqif is a 10 minute walk, and we ended up going there every night for dinner. Rooms were very spacious and beautifully decorated. We usually spend most of our holidays out and about, but this time we just wanted to enjoy the room. Doha is so hot during the day, we could tactically sleep in and lounge in the big comfy bed, use the pool, hang out in the gorgeous lobby, until the afternoon to go out exploring. Breakfast was a highlight, overlooking the city, with an amazing, quality spread every morning. It had the usual bacon, sausages, baked beans etc. and fresh made labneh, hummus, mutabal. Every day they had different hot dishes and rice as well. Thank you to Islam, the breakfast manager, for looking after us!

Our room, including the bathroom, was very spacious. Beautiful hotel, with pleasant staff. Hotel was also located quite near to the metro, which made traveling very easy.

Shaza Hotel provided us with a luxurious experience in the heart of Doha. I can definitely say that it is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. The room was extremely spacious, with a superb design and impeccable cleanliness. The breakfast was very good, with a variety of selections available. The staff was also extremely kind and welcoming. The hotel was located near Souq Waqif and Mshreib Downtown, areas full of restaurants, cafes and mini boutiques.

Very friendly staff, close to airport. We had a late check in and seeing us tired after 16 hrs flight offered free upgrade , room was very big, with big and nice bathroom, room service was fast and food was good. Everything was ment to be for us to relax and recover. Thank you a lot, wish other hotels could follow your approach.

Breakfast is fine but the service seems not satisfactory. Also, there is no indoor swimming pool and instead only outdoor small swimming pool on the 15th Floor - Roof. In the ad from booking.com, there is indoor swimming pool
