I stayed at Saphire Plaza for one month during my business trip, and this was my second stay there. Overall, it was a very good experience. The staff are friendly, professional, and always helpful. The accommodation was good, clean, and well maintained. I also really appreciated being upgraded for my entire stay, which made the experience even better. The service and treatment were excellent, with a special shout-out to the director, Salaheddine, for his kindness and professionalism. The gym and indoor pool are a bit small, and the price is slightly high for a one-month stay, but overall I had a comfortable and pleasant experience. I would definitely consider staying again for future business trips.

The location was good, near to haram about 6 minutes of normal walk speed. The staff on reception was really helpful and well mannered.
