The lounge team delivered not only exceptional service but also created an atmosphere that made us look forward to returning each day. We are delighted with our stay at the Rosewood Hotel. Everything was perfect. The hotel’s décor is very beautiful. We loved the hotel’s location and the views. Everything suited us very well. In addition, the hotel has several restaurants, each of which served exceptional food. The hotel staff were also of the highest standard. We would also like to send our greetings and express our sincere thanks for the service at the Milo restaurant. The waitress named Nicole took excellent care of us. Everyone at the hotel was very kind. We highly, highly recommend it.
