Staff very kind and welcoming. Especially the front desk Manager from Uzbekistan. Also the housekeeping team they were just wonderful and helpful. Cleanliness was remarquable and all the services were excellent.

Staff always ready and willing to help. Great location. Extra helpful door staff!!! Sufficient amount of food during breakfast time. Hopefully not too much waste. Great having staff that remember you, especially the front desk and restaurant staff (apologies can't remember all the names, do remember Aslam.) All members are always ready to check if you are ok and housekeeping, extremely courteous and gracious. Thank you to all, they ALWAYS make our stay memorable, this is why we keep returning here.
