The care and customer service was incredible. From the moment we entered the building, we were taken care of in every way possible I'd like to thank Habib (energy is infectious) Helen, Sanjit, Daniel and so many other people. You really made sure we had the best time. Can't wait to be back there

The location is really good to reach Souk and seaside, breakfast is really nice. All the hotel team are very helpful especially the concierge is the best. On the national day 18 Dec it's rarely big rain there, and quite congested infront of the hotel gate, our car can't get in. Then a Pakistani concierge just take our 2 big luggage within the rain and sent us to the car far away, that's helped a lot!
