From airport when the driver came to pick me, to the reception, and the hotel staff. This for me was a 10/10. Ow the cleanliness of the rooms 100%. The suprise birthday treats, I could count non stop.

Exceptional staff especially Carla and Karen that squeezed a late check out despite being the new year day. The room was exceptional. The steam room, pool and hot tub were superb. Unfortunately missed the breakfast but I can only imagine it would have been tasty.
