Great location, friendly staff, continental style, delicious breakfast (sometimes a la carte, sometimes buffet), swimming pool with fitness center, city view (museum and mosque).

The desk staff were the most helpful and pleasant people I have interacted with at a hotel in a long time. They were extremely helpful with all requests and always had a smile on their face.

I loved the staff, loved the interior. The furniture makes you feel at home in an Arab country, it’s light, clean, modern. Extremely cosy; small so the ones who work there become friends if you wish them to. They are genuinely interested in your day at the same time as they stay very professional. They have tea and dates and as I solo female traveller, I always felt safe. It is in an area that is not too extravagant, but that puts a soul and realness to it, and the more mind blowing when you get inside the wonderful hotel . I was over all super satisfied! It was a mosque right across the street that also makes the place down to earth and local. I felt at home.
