I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Nicholas and Salim at ibis Doha for their exceptional kindness, professionalism, and outstanding service during my stay. They both went above and beyond to assist me, especially when I lost my wallet. Their calm support, quick action, and genuine concern made all the difference, and I am truly grateful. I would also like to extend my appreciation to the Kenyan security officer on duty on 9th November and the Kenyan lady who assisted as well. Their teamwork, empathy, and professionalism stood out remarkably.And the Ghanaian or Nigerian lady at the restaurant downstairs. Nicholas and Salim, both fellow Kenyans, treated me with warmth and respect, far surpassing the experience I had with some of the other reception staff who unfortunately ignored me during a stressful moment. Your service restored my peace of mind and reminded me what true hospitality looks like. Thank you all for your dedication and kindness.
