This was honestly the best hotel experience I’ve had in a long time. The team is incredibly kind and genuine - special thanks to Ramadhan, Feisal, Shehin, and Pedro. Every time I walked back into the hotel, it truly felt like coming home. Being greeted by name and welcomed so warmly each day made such a difference. One moment that really stayed with me: despite my very specific (and slightly complicated) coffee order and the busy breakfast rush every morning, Feisal somehow remembered both my face and my exact order. That level of attentiveness genuinely surprised me and made me smile. The amenities are fantastic: the gym has everything you might need, breakfast is always a treat, and the in-room dining was absolutely delicious. Cleanliness matters a lot to me, and I was impressed with how spotless and well-maintained everything was. What I appreciated most were the thoughtful little details: the cute little notes from the evening attendant, the small refreshments during the day, and the effort to reuse glass bottles instead of replacing plastic ones daily. It’s those touches that show real care. The only small hiccup was around the sweets delivered to my room. I don’t eat sugar, so although the Arabian sweets were a lovely gesture, they would have gone to waste. It took a few reminders before the message fully stuck, but the team eventually replaced them with a fruit basket, which was a thoughtful and considerate solution. Overall, it felt less like staying at a hotel and more like being genuinely looked after, and that’s something I won’t forget!
