Hamza at the checkin desk was excellent. He was very attentive and aware that we had been travelling all day with a young family. He was so professional, kind and courteous- an asset to the property. He started our holiday with a real sense of luxurious service. Thank you to Hamza. All the staff are amazing - 🤩 one gentleman in the evening who showed us our room was also outstanding- im sorry I never got his name. So polite and professional. Thank you.
