This is a palatial hotel that is perfect for a relaxing break away from the noise and chaos of downtown - or expensive luxuries of Lusail. I loved the room, spacious and functional, and really comfortable, great bed and bathroom. Breakfast was a highlight, great space and many tables also outside or by the pool, and plenty of options for food and drinks. The pool was nice and warm. But the absolute highlight were the staff. Friendly, professional and helpful at all time, always someone there to answer a question or a call. I was not well when I arrived and they were so helpful to me. Special mentions to Kabir from lobby / security and Marwa from reception for their generous hospitality and helpfulness which extended to make very special pertinent and so so helpful recommendations of places to visit and where to go, including tips and tricks for planning on the spot that is exactly as I like to operate when I travel, and where exactly what I look for when I am abroad- priceless, and thank yOU!! Also a mention to Mr Zakaria from reception who really assisted me with expert intervention when I did not feel so well, and Miss Lydiah from security/lobby for assitance with my crazy taxi arrangements of the last day. You all made my stay so special, so thank yoU!

This was my family’s first time in Qatar and Ezdan Palace Hotel was a great place to stay. The hotel staff were extremely welcoming and accommodating - it was blessing to stay there . My children enjoyed playing basketball, table tennis, football and swimming. The life guard stationed at the swimming pool gave swimming lessons to my children which enabled my children to grow in confidence and improve their swimming. We paid for half-board during our stay and enjoyed the delicious variety of food served at breakfast and dinner time. Our time in the hotel coincided with my daughter’s birthday and the staff kindly provided a birthday cake to help surprise my daughter. Thank you to all the staff in the hotel making us feel so welcome.
