The modern upside down house was spotless. Three bedrooms on the ground floor and one single bedroom off the lounge. It is in a central position for exploring the North Norfolk coast and towns. We loved the open plan living space on the first floor.

The house was really comfortable, clean and well kept with everything you could need in the kitchen. It was in a really lovely location close to the beautiful North Norfolk coast.

The house was excellent, Fantastic local pub (for food) decor a little dated (In the pub) we was not given the correct instruction to collect the keys, but it was sorted very quickly so not that much of an issue, The house was clean and as it was only a few months old it was as I would have expected it to be. There was unfortunately some issue with the house and our stay. The house did have dust (top of the wardrobes) and other areas where the cleaner did not clean, and we could not find a tea pot so had to make tea with bags in our cups! the requirement to strip off the bed of all its covers and place them into a laundry bag on our departure although not hard we felt was defeating the object of going on holiday. Surly this is the job of the cleaner? The main outside dustbin should have been emptied the day before our arrival and it was full, and I am note over exaggerating, but it did have a bad smell and contained maggots in it when we tried to empty our rubbish which I had to place in the neighbour’s bin! What I must say as it looks like I am trying to say this was a bad stay it was not. We both really likes the house; it did not smell it was overall very clean and very comfortable. Sort out your policy re the linen request as I feel this is request too far for paying guest as it only takes 5 mins to do by your cleaner and I would say I would be re booking (and purchase a new tea pot). As my issues above were very minor but as I was asked for some feedback and did not generate this through my own initiative, I feel the owner needs to review some very minor issues. To summarise a great house and would recommend it and stay again as I am a very fussy guest.
