Very easy, the host came and met us at the property, let us in and gave us some information. They also gave us a 7-day SudTyrol Mobil Pass for free (which we didn't know before we arrived)

The apartment was new, clean and looked much better than the pictures. Having a lift helped a lot with the heavy suitcases.

We really liked the apartment we booked. Honestly, it looks better in real life than in the photos. The place is brand new, super spacious, and very comfortable. The layout is great: two bedrooms on opposite sides with the kitchen in the middle. There’s a shared balcony that’s more like a large terrace—it stretches from one bedroom, past the kitchen, all the way to the second bedroom. Everything was really convenient, and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. The only thing worth mentioning is that there’s a church located right next to the apartment, and the bells ring quite often—even at night and early in the morning (5am, 7am, etc.), so keep that in mind. Overall, we had a great stay and really enjoyed the place.
