Hotel Overview

In the rustic village of Dinnet in the heart of Royal Deeside, this family-run hotel is ideal for exploring the Highlands and tourist and sporting activities in Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire. On the edge of the Scottish Highlands, this Victorian hotel is the perfect base from which to explore the natural beauty of Scotland. There are many activities close by, including golf, skiing, fishing and stalking. Glenshee and the Lecht, 2 of the 5 Scottish ski resorts, are both approximately 30 miles from the hotel, with the necessary instruction and ski equipment available for hire.

Master rooms are the largest rooms and have a king-size four-poster bed with individually designed tartan furnishings. One has an en suite sauna, one has a 2 person spa bath and one has a separate lounge.

Woodland Lodge (Two Bedroom Log Cabin) - enter dates to see room photos

Self-contained log cabins that located in the woodland behind the main hotel. Each has 2 bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin room) sleeping up to 4 people on a self-catering basis. They include a fully-equipped kitchen that includes an integrated dishwasher and fridge freezer. With spacious open-plan lounge/kitchen/dining areas. The bathroom has bath tub and shower.

Myself my husband and dogs all stayed in the lodges. The lodge was clean had everything you could need lots of space! Lovely view of the Forrest!
