Breakfast was excellent, we only had a light meal the first evening it was lovely, hotel very hard to find the lardge stone with the hotel name on it you don't see on the way into Dingle we drove past it, we were very disappointed that the pool was closed, we picked your hotel because you had a pool.

It felt like a 4 star 3 experience from start to finish. Location was perfect, staff were very professional and attentive. The service and standard of food was excellent and nothing was too much trouble... so all in all a wonderful experience! If i had any complaint it would be the temperature of the hot water in the shower. It was very hot and although we adjusted it to 30, it then went from very hot to cool. We didn't mention it at the time, but probably should have. It was a small thing for us, but may cause problems for others.

Good location with nice views, if you want to run away from crowded town, is the place where you can relax and enjoy the nature. All staff were friendly and supportive. We want to thank Kristen, who was very helpful since first day of our reservation, the messages response via booking.com was very fast, also she meet us upon our arrival with warm welcome and smile. The spa area very relaxing and calm, Lana who did massage, was nice, looks like you could chat with her for hours 🙂. Her massage was very good , I felt like a new person after it. We really enjoyed our stay, will definitely recommend this hotel.
