The fine print
A refundable security deposit of EUR 200 per house must be paid upon check-in per house. This will be pre-authorised on your debit or credit card upon arrival and automatically released off your card after departure, subject to an inspection of the property. Payment by debit cards will charge the security deposit of EUR 200 to your bank account which is manually refunded by the property within 7 days of departure. This will be after the on-site manager has inspected the property and is satisfied that the terms and conditions of rental have been complied with. Please note that failure to leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition may result in the loss of all or part of your security deposit. Please note that the property reserves the right to charge in advance of arrival an increased mandatory security deposit of EUR 500 per house at certain times of the year. For example, during festivals, certain sporting events or public holidays. You will be contacted by the property with regards to this prior to arrival.Please inform Dingle Harbour Cottages 3 Bed - Sleeps 6 Type A by Trident Holiday Homes of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.A damage deposit of € 200 per house is required. The property charges this days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Superb location with a view in the Harbor, walking distance from the stores and the center. The cottage is modern, clean and with everything one needs when on holidays. Deidre our property manager was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. I highly recommend this property.

Location was perfect 5 to 10 mins walk to dingle Quay. Very spacious interior with downstairs bathroom and bedroom and lovely open plan kitchen lounge.
