Dee “Very comfortable cottage in brilliant location near coast”

One Tree House is in a brilliant location at the base of Dinas Head near Fishguard. The hamlet is charming - there are two beaches to visit nearby and wonderful walks, archaeology and nature all round the area. We found the house to be very comfortable with three bedrooms and bathrooms plus large kitchen/diner and games room (very useful for that rainy day.

Loved the living room and kitchen area. It gave us all a great first impression! The log burner was a must for us and worked very well. The kitchen was well stocked with most things we needed for cooking Xmas Dinner with a big range and dishwasher etc. Large cellar with utility area provided a large freezer and washing machine. The beds were super comfortable, and it was great having ensuites in every bedroom. The location in a lovely village within a quick walk to the Pembrokeshire coastal path and beautiful Pwllgyaelod beach. Great for us and our dog. Also, a lovely enclosed patio, which was good for letting the dog out on stormy evenings and looked like it would be lovely for using the BBQ provided or Al fresco dining in good weather. Parking at the property was big enough for our large vw transporter and a large car and it was very handy, being able to unload straight out of the garage doors from the cellar into the cars during storm Gerrit. The owner, Judith, was very helpful via texts and even advised us that we could take our time checking out, as the cleaner wasn't due until the following day. Overall, we loved the property and had a lovely stay.
